We are currently recruiting for three Customer Advisors’ on 4-12 weekly hours for our brand new store in Notcutts Garden Pride in Ditchling to deliver exceptional customer service in conjunction with the digital journey, support the manager in the efficient operation of the store and to achieve your KPI’s, including fittings and data capture. Opening date TBC.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Achieve your data capture targets by demonstrating the use of the 3D Hotter Footprint, its benefits in terms of fitting, email capture and confidently overcoming objections
• Achieve and demonstrate excellent product knowledge through completion of
the e- learning programmes and other training materials available
• Assist in the efficient operation of stock management and support stock operational processes
• Observe all processes around health and safety
• Complete other additional duties required by the needs of the business including
opening and closing the store when required
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by the business
• Availability to support in other stores if required
• Represent Hotter and promote its brand image through all activities
• Abide by all company policies regarding social media, GDPR and PCI

• Confident in the use of digital processes including the use of iPads, interactive technology, and payment methods
• Friendly and helpful approach with customers and colleagues

• Passion for learning about our products and sharing that knowledge with customers
• Ability to recognise sales opportunities and maximise sales
• Identify opportunities to boost sales from selling additional products
• Drive to complete your tasks in a timely, efficient and effective manner

• Proactive approach to own training and development, keeping yourself updated with new styles and promotions

• Achieve all specified targets in sales, shoe care, accessories and conversion.
